The Relocation and Corporate Services Department of Dilbeck Realtors was founded back in the 1980’s by Jill Silvas. Jill lead the Relocation Department for many years and was successful in establishing an outstanding national reputation for Dilbeck Realtors.
Over the years, the RCS Department has remained a premier provider in the field of relocation, and has evolved into a multi-faceted division dedicated to the development and servicing of a wide range of business channels. The current range of services provided throughout Dilbeck Country include:
- Servicing the needs of local and national Corporations with their relocating employees.
- Developing corporate affinity services with local and national employers and organizations.
- Servicing broker referrals from within our company, and to our company from Realtors outside Dilbeck’s market area.
- Working with lenders and asset management companies in the disposition of REO properties.
The RCS Department is currently comprised of Marlene Coakes, Relocation Director, Cathryn Warren, Referral Consultant, and Maggie Ikemi, Business Development Manager.
